1. Basic provisions

This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used, and disclosed by ARTELLENCE UKRAINE LLC, EDRPOU code 40249202, a legal entity registered and operating in accordance with the laws of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") when you visit a set of web pages accessed using the domain name (address): https://artellence.com (the "Website").

By visiting the Website you:

  • agree to the processing of your personal data and confirm that you have been notified of the procedure and purpose, as well as other conditions of their processing in accordance with Articles 6, 8, 10, 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection";

Personal data processor means an individual or legal entity authorized by the owner of the personal database or by law to process this data;

Personal data subject means an individual in respect of whom personal data is processed in accordance with the law.

The information is collected automatically through the Website.

The personal non-property rights to personal data that every individual has are inalienable and inviolable.

The personal data subject has the right:

2) to receive information on the conditions for granting access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom their personal data is transferred;

4) to receive a response on whether their personal data is processed no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided for by law, and to receive the content of such personal data;
5) to submit a reasoned request to the personal data controller with an objection to the processing of their personal data;
6) to submit a reasoned request to change or destroy their personal data by any owner and manager of personal data if such data is processed illegally or is unreliable;
7) to protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide, or untimely provision, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is inaccurate or discrediting the honor, dignity, and business reputation of an individual;
8) to file complaints against the processing of their personal data with the Commissioner or the court;
9) to apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on personal data protection;
10) to make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process their personal data when giving consent;
11) to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
12) to know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
13) to be protected against an automated decision that has legal consequences for him/her.

9. Security

The Company takes reasonable measures to protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

With your consent, we may send push notifications or alerts when you are on the Site or to your email or mobile number that you provided when filling out the request form on the Site to provide information related to the Site, service updates, promotional messages, and other relevant communications.

The Company will store and use information for as long as necessary to provide quality services and as long as such use is deemed appropriate by the Company.
